PILATES

Pilates is an art and a science – above all, it’s a positive, mindful approach to caring for your body and mind. As a low-impact exercise program, Pilates is comprised of a series of approximately 600 controlled movements to help you:

  • Improve core strength.

  • Improve balance.

  • Improve body tone.

  • Improve posture.

  • Reduce tension and stress.

Regardless of your age, gender, or fitness level, Pilates can offer you a path to build a fitter, more flexible, stronger body, as well as a clearer, more positive frame of mind.

Tuesday nights @ 7pm.

BEGINNER BJJ

At Jordan Fitness we’re the only gym in Tullow offering you a fully-equipped, safe and private environment to learn and practise Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) – an increasingly popular martial art and combat sport.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu differs from traditional Japanese ‘Jiu Jitsu’ in that it’s focused more taking down a larger opponent with ‘ground fighting’ techniques such as submission and grappling.

Regardless of your age, gender, or fitness level, at Jordan Fitness we can offer you a comfortable safe environment to begin your martial arts or fitness journey.

Wednesdays @8pm.

NINJA CUBZ

Jiu Jitsu for kids.

Ninja Cubz is a great way for children (ages 5 and up) to get in shape, meet new friends, and learn a new practical skill

This fun-filled, energetic class aims at teaching kids’ self-defence, along with other important skills such as discipline, confidence, control, respect, and fitness, all through games. With Ninja Cubz, children will also learn common effective anti-bullying techniques, allowing them to overcome peer pressure, manage anger, and develop positive behaviour
